A phrase that means to evacuate yourself from an area as quickly as possible with potentially chaotic results ensuing as in relating to the TV show Mad Dogs on Amazon Prime in which the main characters had to make an impromptu attempt to flee from Belize in a last ditch effort to conserve their lives.

If someone says "female dog" these days, they're calling someone a bitch. Often used by children to avoid cursing.
