Is a nickname you give to the person you love most of all even though they have trouble expressing their emotions, because, like a panda bear they are strong on the outside even though they don't want to admit it, deep down they are emotionally scared to express themselves fully, but, find that cute about them, and you just want to hold them and tell them everything will be okay, and that you will never judge them not matter what, because, you are there for the long hall, know in your heart that they are worth fighting for.

Girl 1: your boyfriend is such a panda bear, you should probably love someone who is better at expressing their emotions.
Girl 2: now you shut the fuck up you cunt, I love panda bear of a boyfriend, an I willing to fight for him to death if I have too, that's much I love him.

pandaloom

A looming, long, drawn out pandemic. Punctuated by continuing longing for, and fending off overt references to, better days of large crowds intermingling without care (like concerts, sporting events, and other reasons you'd move to the downtown of a large city, like Vancouver).

Upon seeing an advertisement for an online course using an un-related photo of a large crowd at a live concert.... "...it's also not entirely appropriate seeing as how we are in the middle of a pandaloom".
