Short for "Have you checked your butt hole?"
Punctuated in a very specific way.
Used in the Tom Cardy comedy song of the same name.
Used for when someone's lost their shit and stressed out visibly.

"-Has anyone seen my shit?"
"-H.Y.C.Y.BH?!(HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR BUTT HOLE!?) Ski-bap Ba-Dap Butthole!"
