It a primarily white and christian suburb, however, there is a wide mix of cultures. It is home to the Valencia Town Center, a large mall. It has been named one of the safest places to live for many years and one of the best 50 places in America to live. The city is planning to get a minor league baseball team in 2007. It is home to 2 colleges, the Masters College and College of the Canyons. There are four divisions of Santa Clarita. They are Saugus, Newhall, Valencia, and Canyon Country. Contrary to most peoples belief, two divisions, Stevenson Ranch and Castaic are unincorporated. It is pretty much the best place ever.

It has a kickass football program and is just plain gagnsta. Joe Gibbs (Head Coach of the Washington Redskins) graduated from this school as well as Laura Bergg (One of the US Olympic Softball players) & Mark Kotzay (MLB player). SFHS is ten times better than La Serna, Cal High, Whittier High, El Rancho, and Pioneer.
