A term used to describe someone, male or female (mostly male), who is annoyingly and ridiculously "googly oogly" or "whipped" over a person of the opposite sex. This person whines about everything when communicating to or about their partner; does not stand up for him or herself; and complains about it, yet continues to endure the abuse, instead of removing oneself from the relationship.
