An adjective used to describe when someone holds political views that tend to be out of date compared to other people’s beliefs
Brian thinks that U.S. should rely more on coal to fulfill its energy needs, even though coal is known to be a major environmental pollutant and can be very hazardous to the miners’ health. Most people support trying to fill more of the U.S. energy needs using renewable energy in order to be more sustainable and reduce our reliance on foreign powers to address our energy based needs. His views on energy use are politically primitive.

A powerful detachment from reality caused by obsessively reading politically charged conspiracy theories, and generally believing anything said by certain pundits who often pass off obvious falsehoods as truth. The primary characteristic is being susceptible to fervently believing extremely outlandish claims which are easily disproven by a simple Google search.

Political Psychosis

The state in which a person, in light of immense political, polarization, becomes incoherent, unlogical, and stops thinking when arguing their points. Becoming purely angry for the sake of anger and aggression.

Symptoms may include sensitivity to certain subjects, random outbursts, name calling, refusing to acknowledge the other side's argument; and not being able to identify the difference between a calm rebuttal and a whiny reply.
The reporter had clearly fallen into a state of political psychosis after baseless claim after another followed by name calling of opponents, no matter how calm.

A process where a politician, political commentator, and or government official is working on naming a new phenomenon or issue directly or indirectly related to politics in the hopes of raising awareness of that issue and or getting public opinion to shift in a certain way
Many politicians practice political nomenclature in order to push their agenda, address certain societal problems, and get the constituents from their district to reelect them.
