Also known as R.A.P.E., Rent A Puppy Enterprise is a business created by Black Veil Brides bassist Ashley Purdy and lead vocalist Andy Biersack where puppies are available for rent to men who want to get laid. The intent is for a single man to rent a puppy and take a walk at the park or somewhere, and since ladies, in theory, are attracted to puppies, the man will then get laid later that night. Andy and Ashley have also decided that after the man is done with the puppy, the puppy is just gone.
Single guy: *Rents a puppy from Rent A Puppy Enterprise*
Cute girl: "Awwwwwe your puppy is so cute!"
Single guy: "Thanks! You wanna have sex?"
Cute girl: "How could I say no to a man with a cute puppy?"
*Puppy disappears*

Not to be confused with a shameless "doggie factory" that exacerbates the domestic-canine-overpopulation problem, this type of disgraceful also-valuing-wealth-over-public-welfare establishment merely prints up fake "emotional-support animal" or "therapy pet" certificates, so that you can have your waggy-tailed buddy accompany you anywhere you wish, even places with a "no pets allowed except service animals" rule.
In part one of the "Wishbone" episode, "Halloween Hound", Joe doesn't need the services of a puppy diploma mill to be allowed to have Wishbone come into Oakdale Sports and Games with him, since shop-owner Travis Del Rio assures Joe that he likes dogs.

put this puppy to bed is what a guy does when he fucks another dude in his asshole and has a cum-gasm and then leaves his tumescent cock in the guy's butt-hole and goes to sleep.
