Triadism

Triadism is a political ideology that combines elements of Noocracy, Monarchy, and Fascism. Proponents of this ideology believe that society should be governed by a select group of highly educated and intelligent individuals, who then serve a monarch who is seen as the central figurehead of the state.

This system is often accompanied by a strong fascist doctrine, which emphasizes the importance of national unity, militarism, authoritarianism, and often, totalitarianism.
Note: Triadism is a response against Neo-Nazism and Alt-Right

Triadism mean "Triad" aka Cooperation between people like three people working together. One is Worker, Second is Rich and the other is Leader
