Someone who is always anonymous and quiet and never talks about anything about themselves at all. They often wear masks or bags with two eye holes in them, which is where this term originats namesake from.
She’s definitely a double eyed mask cause she doesn’t talk about anything about her life. She’s been quiet for quite a while and I want to ask her what’s happening with her but she won’t say anything. I am scared and worried for her and I want to help her somehow.

It's not a good way for a business to do business, though it is a good way for a business to keep a few people from doing business there. That is, if it is just business, and it's not personal. If it is still just for a business to keep their Bill's paid, and nothing else.
The mask law was a new way to try and run a few people off, besides that masks reduced virus transmissions by, in the medical professionals and scientists own words, single digit percentages. There was essentially no good reason to lock somebody up for not having a mask on.
