A phrase that is used by an individual who intends to set up another individual for a "ligma nuts" / "ligma balls" joke, similar to "deez nuts".

The most common made-up definition of "ligma" is a fake illness / disease.

Synonymous with "sugma", also commonly referring to a fake illness / disease.

Other meaningless terms including "sigma", "shrigma", "enigma", "figma", and "pragma" are used similarly to set up "-gma balls" jokes, but are intended to be contextually synonymous with "ligma" despite the nonsensical phrase.
