Phantom Moment

Saying for when in the videogame Valorant, while using the weapon "Phantom", you hit in the head an enemy from farther than 15 meters dealing 140 damage and then fail to kill said enemy.

Teammate 1: "That's so unfair!"
Teammate 2: "What happened?"
Teammate 1: "I had the perfect angle, I hit that Jett in the head but she dashed away and survived."
Teammate 2: "Phantom moment LMAO."

Patrick Moment

A Patrick Moment is when you do something and you forget. Like when Patrick ate a chocolate bar and forgot he ate a chocolate bar. Then SpongeBob didn't eat his chocolate bar. Then Patrick accused SpongeBob of stealing his chocolate bar and SpongeBob was willing to share half of his chocolate bar only if Patrick admit SpongeBob didn't steal it. Then since Patrick didn't, SpongeBob was rubbing it in about the chocolate bar (it was funny). The part where Patrick said "You took my only food! Now I'm going to starve!" while showing a huge vainy belly was also funny. Sometimes you remember and realize you had a Patrick Moment, but it's too late!

Tyler: Steve, you took my chocolate! I didn't drink any.

Steve: this one's mine. You drank yours already, remember?

Tyler: Oh! That's right! I had a Patrick Moment!

A phrase that was started to become popular in early 2018 by Slythewarrior with the first notable example with his video "You've got to be kidding me...." describing something ridiculous to the point of absurdity

Person 2: " I think its hotter knowing that she's taken. Hopefully, when they break up I can swoop in and pick her up."
