Baby cap

Baby cap: A term in the UK referring to the limit on welfare benefits based on the number of children in a family. Initially, it restricted the amount of support a family could receive depending on how many children they had, but the cap has since been lifted.

Lee: Bruv, I've got this brilliant idea—I'm gonna find a young woman, have twenty kids, and before you know it, I'll be a millionaire, living in a mansion with a chauffeur! Now the baby cap has been lifted LOL.
Frank: Bruv, you're a funny geezer. It’s not quite that simple LOL.
