A house hold brand of pasta from france discontinued in the late 1960s.American house wives unwittingly named their children this thinking it would make them sound sophisticated.
Actualy pronounced (FRAN CHILL EEEE)

"Wow that ladys name is francille how sophistocated"
" Wasn't that a pasta like a hundred years ago"

To be Francis'd is to be sprayed with Body Spray, perfume, or other smelly product to make you more appealing to people who can smell than you do. Usually used on people with really bad BO or who constantly pass gas in a public place.
