A victum of racketeering fraud. Trafficing of victums by Mafia and or police services.

A Mafia slave maybe unaware that they are in a trafficking situation. A friend, relative or coworker will act as a "handler" and 'contact'. The handlers job is to make sure that the targeted individual is in the right place at the right time to create the appearance that they are "working". The handler may actually be the Mafia contact who signs contracts and payment or that may be a different position in a larger trafficking ring.

Mafia slaves often turn up dead, for failure to provide contractual obligations or so that the trafficking ring can avoid detection. This is also considered a form of payroll fraud or " ghost labour force"
