The people with this syndrome start to understand some things so deeply that logic loses in front of them , the ones around them think that they are really smart but what they don't know is that they just don't find talking so interesting even so they talk with themselves so much .

There are kinds of people with this syndrome that are really different so this explanation doesn't really describe all of them .
