Straight Edge 

A movement of people who (wisely) realized that they are not strong enough to explore all aspects of their minds. They instead limit their life experience to reflect some contrived, Western morality which they lay claim to, but is really just a repackaging of the same puritanical rhetoric that has chained the human psyche since the dark ages.

Johnny Twentysomething: "Man, I was tripping mushrooms this weekend and I communed telepathically with the tree in my yard. I explored a different state of human consciousness and contemplated the origins of popular attitudes toward life and happiness."

Jimmy Straight Edge: "Woah, woah. It's dangerous to challenge assumptions. I prefer to parrot attitudes I heard in a crappy '80s rock song."

straight-edge is lifestyle promoting a drug free life and it`s not being bring or anti social it`s having fun without abusing your body. You can have sex as long as it`s out of love not greed. Being vegan is not part of the sxe lifestyle more of a side choice that you can choose if you want.

Why do something if your not going to enjoy it Straight-Edge for life!

Straight Edge 

Term that was coined by Minor Threat, a punk band. The "rules" are basically whatever you want, though the basics are usually no drugs, drinking, or slutty sex. Other stuff includes no caffeine, veganism, and no artificual shit.

Stoner: Dude, wanna go smoke with me tomorrow?

Straight Edge 

What the kids who can't get laid call themselves. Most of the time, Straight Edge kids are the ones who have social problems, but don't want to admit to it. Basically, they don't have sex because:

- They are socially lacking, and very VERY shy.

And they don't drink because:

- Following the lack of sex thing, they decide to try and hide their problems by saying 'I don't give in to tempt'.

The vast majority of these clowns act holier than thou, so if they see someone drinking or making out, they'll look away in disgust or shout 'ALKIE!' or 'GET A ROOM'. They also draw big X's on their hands just to show how much bottle they don't have.

Lifestyle; when people decide that their bodies deserve respect and stop taking any kind of drug (and with 'drug' they're not only talking about illegal drugs, even aspirin is a drug.)
