The Scumbags 

A term used to describe a group of individuals (mainly used in Belfast, Ireland) who although of a good moral standing choose to drink alcohol of poor quality (such as the famous Belfast barrack-buster and Buckfast)and arrive to pubs and clubs already drunk at the early stages of a night out (sometimes its only mid-day)

An inhabitant of the city of Bowie, MD. Known for consuming large quntities of beer, throwing epic parties, and having an heir of indifference regarding good sportsmanship or the welfare of others.
