Mr Picket is the only person who works at UMA who genuinly gives a fuck about the students. His room is a safe space and it is the only good time you have to get homework done. He asks how your doing and gives you advice on how to fix your life. He has done almost everything a human can do and is a walking google.

Mark is the office nark, a real pricker. Anything you say to him goes to the boss and is made to sound as bad as possible. He has out lasted everyone here. Mark also asks the people the boss doesn't like a lot of personal questions.
