someone (most probably emotionally unavailable) who relies on electronic forms of communication with other people...sometimes even afraid to talk on the phone...perhaps someone who wants to hide something (e.g. beaing a cheater)

texting stutter

When you try to type a word multiple times and you keep hitting the wrong letters and your auto-correct refuses to help you.

During texting:

Me: "deinstitutklajflk"
Me: "deinstidkjlakfl"
Me: "deinstitutionallkdjfioj"
Me: "DEINSTITUTIONALIZATION!"

Bob: Wow- what a texting stutter.

Jake: Man last night, I was so effin' bored at Wal Mart, I texted the lonely girl Hannah, man she's such a lrft.

Josh: Last night I heard the I was a lrft or a Last Resort For Texting, is that right Kait?

tweeding

(from William Magear Tweed, political leader in New York City 1823-1878) over-development, unnecessary development, or development out of character with the neighborhood, facilitated by corrupt zoning changes, tax abatements, or incentives by politicians to benefit politically connected developers. In short: private gain at public expense.

That area was once two-family homes, now it is being converted to high rises because of a zoning change, it is tweeding in action.
