Tard-on

A hybrid word using the terms "Tard" and "Hard-on".
Tard = mentally handicapped or just plain stupid.
Hard-on = excessively strict or severe, not an actual erection.

When the words are combined, you get: a person who thinks they are in charge and are excessively strict and/or severe, however that person is or is border-line mentally handicapped and every ignores him.

John: Oh boy, Here comes Ted.
Ted: No talking during break time! My shoes hurt!
John: Ted, you're such a Tard-on!

A shortened version of "retard", as in a mentally handicapped person. May be used in conjuction with other words, such as "Fucktard", or "Tardface", or my own personal favorite, "Tard on Coke".

Tarded

Its what someone is when they call someone else Retarded. A way to reiterate what they consider themselves but pass the blame off onto someone else. You can't have a replay without it first being played.(no pun intended rerun). Nothing can be explained to someone else without it first being understood by yourself.

Tarded

A slightly derrogitory term for the use of the adjective 'retarded' meaning stupid, amusingly dumb, or almost never the real definition; mentally challenged. The word is only offesive to those without a sense of humor or if actually used offensively.

E.G. "Dude, that guy is 'tarded; he smashed up Chris' ride!
