To have a rapid or sudden overpowering urge to shit when you least expect it.

A sudden urge to shit that makes you squeeze your buttcheeks together tightly to avoid shitting your pants. Usually accompanied by a rapid widening of the eyelids.

An immediate and overpowering need to take a shit.

When your eyes fly open, and your asshole slams shut.

Biff " What's wrong Marty?"
Marty " I just got shitstruck!"
Biff "That sucks bro, we are miles away from a toilet."

"I would have been here ten minutes ago, but I got shitstruck right before I left the house."

Mom "Why are the sleeves missing from that new t-shirt I bought you last week?"
