3)noun. A collection of disparate things, individuals, or groups that when brought together ceases to function as intended.

4)noun. A useless gathering of individuals, or organizations.

The kemp-shlemp of representatives at the daylong meeting failed to reach any worthwhile decisions.

The kemp-shlemp of leftover military gear in the wake of the little known Soviet invasion of Eastern Poland....
