Mix of the french words "ingénieur"(engineer) and "esclave"(slave). French word often used by engineering students in internships/apprenticeships to describe how the company in which they work exploits them.

Alice : "Aw man, I was hired as a developper but I am currently working on client specifications..."
Bob : "Damn, I was supposed to do maintenance on machineries but I am currently juste reporting bugs in our software to the IT guys"

Alice : "We are treated like ingesclaves here"
