For any concerned mothers wanting to know what it is, here's what:

The show My Little Ponyis popular. We can all agree. In Season 2 (i swear im not a brony i just looked this up) a new villain was created named "Discord". Immediately people made songs and animations about it, and it was a dark time for the Internet. A very dark time, indeed. All you saw on YouTube. However, similarly with everything in existence, it faded into the Void over time, the last use of it (from what I've gathered) being in 2015 and/or 2016.

Then 2017 happened.

Discord was created in May '17, and instantly overtook Skype as the largest chat/video online platform.
And rightfully so, just download it (if you haven't already) and look at it! It's easy to navigate, little to no loading times too. As of 10/26/2017 Discord has 45 million users and counting.

Man, Joshua sure loves his discord server.
