A slang term used by some online FPS gamers. "Chamming" (n. "chammer") refers to using a hack to change the color of the opposing players/teams' characters (ex. solid bright orange), making them much easier to spot at a distance or in dark surroundings.-Sometimes these hacks even allow the characters to be viewed through walls. The origins of the term are unclear.

Chasing Pavements

Refers to a song by Adele in which she ponders the question: should I give up (this relationship where my BF is cheating on me) or should I just keep chasing pavements? (sidewalks. Staying in the relationship even if it leads nowhere). Adele realized how ridiculous it was that all she was doing was chasing pavements in this crappy relationship and used it as a metaphor.

Chaminade

A Catholic high school on long island. The administration and faculty are really strict, and students can barely get away with any horsing around. The population of students is made up of 3 groups: the bros from the north shore, the smart/trashy kids from the south shore, and the weird kids from suffolk county. Pretty much everyone is in a club and/or in a sport and everyone one has friends. If they dont have any of the above they usually wind up dropping out. Chaminade guys usually have a certain sense of arrogance about them and they should because of all the crap they put up with all day.

Public School degenerate: Yo where do u go to school?
Flyer: Chaminade.
Public School Degenerate: That sucks, ur a faggot.
Flyer: It's okay, you'll be working for me one day.

Chaminade College Preparatory 2010

Chaminade College Preparatory is a Catholic High school in the Marianist tradition. There are 1260 people in the school overall. 274 of those people are in the graduating class of 2010. Of those seniors 243 don’t have BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover, or Lexus brand cars parked in the Senior Lot today.There are 5 groups at my school: Popular kids, Awkward kids, Model students, Druggies and In-betweens.

Yet most schools have groups that somewhat mimic the categories described above, something that make Chaminade different is the interconnectedness that occurs between groups. This unifying phenomenon, affectionately labeled the “Chaminade Family” by administrators and not labeled anything by students, is what sets Chaminade seniors apart from the graduating classes of other high schools. Students are generally welcoming of students in other groups and even hang out with one another. On any given Saturday night, at any given party, nerds can be seen blazing with populars, druggies playing beer pong with model students, and moderates doing all sorts of party related activities.

Kurt Rhee really understands the students of Chaminade College Preparatory 2010. That class was definitely the best.
