club mac

"Club Mac" is the name given to Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia\ by students of other Universities in the city. The nickname is an allusion to Club Med, and refers to the fact that students at Macquarie enjoy longer semester holidays than students at other universities. This, however, is due to the fact that students at Macquarie Uni do not have pre-exam study breaks (Study Vacation) as all other universities do.

Club Punch

Occurs after a heated discussion or argument appears to be resolved in a nightclub. One of said participants in argument proceeds to track down antagonist and catch him off guard, punch him in the face, then exit the club before the victim realizes what happened.

Person 1: Man, what the fuck just happened?

Person 2: That dude was talking some shit earlier, so I caught him with a Club Punch!
