When a person does an action that will ither be a massive success (Ball out) or fail miserably (Fall out). It can also be a motivator to do something scary or dangerous or refer to a large amount of money being spent or gambled

Person 1: Do I bet it all on red?
Person 2: Ball out or fall out dog.
