When the prosecutor knows the defendant is innocent of all charges but goes and ahead and tries to get him convicted anyway by asking inane questions, such as questions about playing Call of Duty or "exploding" hollow-point bullets, while the defense is failing to make any objections.
The prosecution's case was proven false but the prosecutor was desperate for a conviction and started bingering the witness.
