One difference between Bach von Hitler and Ana Pascal was that Ana Pascal wasn't shallow and didn't much care for shallow or pretentious college dorks. Bach fast

Usually refers to the diet adopted by front of house staff at the Bach, in Scotland. Most of these poor souls go a whole shift with no break or food, resulting in a forced fast, the Bach fast. Individuals who partake in Bach fast are usually stunning, skinny and incredibly depressed
