999 + 666 is supposed to represent the good and the bad of everything. 666 is supposedly the devils number, and 999 is famously used by Juice Wrld as the opposite, to spread positive vibes. The whole idea is that there is a good and a bad side to everyone, so nobody is as innocent as they say they are.
