This term is taken from the 2004 teen movie Sleepover starring Alexa Vega.
EXAMPLE:

Verb: To act like you have a huge bank account when in reality you are dependent on someone else to pay your bills; to be completely insolvent in business matters, claim bankruptcy, and go on vacation, leaving your creditors holding the bill; to have all holdings foreclosed on but rent a house that costs as much as the original mortgage on the foreclosed house; to generally take advantage of anyone and everyone in an effort to make oneself look as good as possible.
