A wow means: a Whale Out of Water. This term is generally given to Fat girl or boy. A wow can only be said if he or she is as fat as a whale. The best way to tell a girl or guy he's fat is by saying they're a wow without hurting their feelings. This is because whales would think they are given a compliment, but actually you called them fat.

Boston Ma. based "Rock radio station 107.3 WAAF" DJ's Opie and Anthony dubbed every Wednesday as "Whip em' out Wednesday." On that day ever week women everywhere across New England would flash their tits from overpasses to highway traffic below, while walking down random streets, and everywhere else.
