As a result, while 'lady' often denotes a female human, in this case it represents a closeted male '
cat-lover'. Signs someone is such a closeted, male,
cat-lover include calling other humans in their lives '
cat ladies', 'crazy
cat ladies', and using obtuse logic to prove others fit this mold - when in fact, it is the person calling out
cat lovers, who loves cats most of all and is in fact a 'crazy cat lady'.
