Work Death

A Work Death occurs when a co-worker leaves your team for another company. In reality they're still alive, but the truth is you'll never see that person ever again after they leave. It's as if they've died and gone on to the next (corporate) life.

"Did you hear that Kami is leaving us for a job at MegaCorp?!"
"Dang, I bet we never see her again"
"Oh well, be sure to wish her a Happy Work Death :)"

At this moment, a friend walks in and calls you out by name. Now your identity is revealed to others that are in the stalls.
