Da opposite of "treble damages"; it refers to what a court awards you due to a loudspeaker-array's woofers sounding grindy, buzzy, and/or just plain crappy.
You can also be awarded "bass damages" if someone's excessively-loud/thumpy woofers cause hearing-loss and/or structural harm to your property.

Aircraft such as the Antonov AN-12, AN-22, AN-26, and the Tupolev TU-95 that have a very low frequency prop sound when flying at high altitudes and even have the tendency to vibrate things on the ground.
I was watching Young and the Restless on tv and everything started to vibrate. The first thing I did was check FlightRadar24 and there was an Antonov AN-22 flying directly overhead. Those things have the tendency to vibrate everything even on the ground and I call it a flying bass guitar.

A collective of individuals who own the rave, fully immersed in loud, relentless beats. Known for their intense connection to rhythm, they don’t hold back and expect the same from everyone on the dancefloor.
"Bass Boys run the rave and don’t hold back. If you’re vibing, you’re in. If you aint moving then get the f* out."
