the origin of this term came from an owner of a discord server who always messed up the simplest tasks.

The act of leaving your friends as soon as an attractive girl pays attention to you. Often paired with an "I'll be right back" that turns out to be a lie. A variant of this is when you use your pass to go into a VIP zone without your friends and never come back.

We went to TwitchCon and he went to Pull a Rynali on me 5 minutes in.
