The driver of the second car might not be right for murdering the girl, but she was a questionable kind of person for wandering around not knowing what the fuck was going on, as you would have to be to get in the wrong car not once but twice before the incident. There's no law that says people have to be forgiving and friendly to every moron with no common sense.
A legit uber driver has a bright neon blue sign on their car that says uber, in case some moron like that girl that died is wandering around lost and can't find the driver. The uber sign seems effective enough for most people that use uber instead of an old fashioned taxi.
