Bureau of Labor Statistics

(US GOVERNMENT) bureau within the federal government of the United States; part of the Department of Labor. Measures unemployment, hours worked, hourly wages, inflation, productivity, and so on.

The Department of Labor was created as a result of the NLRA (1935), which gave workers the right to organize.

Yesterday the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) published its monthly report of hours worked. This revealed that, while employees are working more hours, unemployment has not declined and wages continue to decline.

Statch

A person who makes a point of pursuing underaged partners. The term is derived from a combination of Statutory (as in statutory rape) and Sketch (as in sketchy). A person who is statch may be a former member of a group or organization who returns many years later, attempting to fit in, as a means of finding girls under the legal age of consent.

People of college attending age or older dating people of high school age.
People who attend adolescent gatherings over the socially acceptable age who attempt to persuade younger participants in sexual exploits.
People who pursue 'jail bait'.

People who look very much older than their partner, especially if their partner looks very youthful.

Person 1: "Did you see Mike over there hitting on that high schooler?"
Person 2: "He is so stach, he is old enough to be her dad!"

Person 1: "That guy is totally statch"
Person 2: "Why does John's parties always attract these pedophiles?"

Person 1: "Jason's girlfriend is so statch"
Person 2: "Why, because she used to be his babysitter?"

Stationary

A band of three boys named Dominic, Dan, and Tom. Tom plays the drums and is 13 years old. Dan plays the guitar and is Tom's twin brother. Dominic plays the bass and has black hair. They all go to Aberaeron comprehensive school in South Wales. Their style is rock.

AP Statistics

A laughably easy class, most who take it are those too afraid to take calc so yeah, 90% of the class are math-impaired idiots. The purpose of stats is to be a joke class like apes. The tests are taken directly from the internet so enter in a few key words the night before and you already have the answer key. A very large majority of the class cheats on the tests which may be the reason for the incredibly high averages aside from its "difficulty". And plus, there's no homework. The only drawback is that the class does almost no preparation for the AP exam in May so unless you actually treat the class like a real one (which is totally unnecessary for the class itself) you're basically screwed.

Typical AP Statistics conversations:
Student A: OMG that test was so hard! How did you get a perfect score on it?
Student B: It's online...I typed in "chi-squared regression test" on google last night and I found the answer key..."
Student A: sh*t

Student C: I'm wondering if I should take stats instead of calc. How was the class? How did you do on it?
Student D: I got A's both semesters but I got a 2 on the exam...

Foten confused with stationary.
