japanimation

Term that describes Japanese animated cartoons made in the 1980s or earlier, usually television series made on small budgets resulting in Bullwinkle-style art and as much story as possible crammed into a half hour. This term has been generally replaced with the word anime since the 1990s.

Kyojin no Hoshi, Heidi of the Swiss Alps, and The Flanders' Dog are the most well-known japanimation titles within Japan.

japanese today have (not all but the majority)
1.good style
2.good music
3.good horror films/storyline
4.good anime/manga
5.good technology
japanese in the past did do some horrible things but you cant use that against the japanese generation today. their ancestors are gone. there are bad people and good people in every country....japan, china, korea, america, canada, anywhere..you name it. not all japanese are bad people.

american use japanese horror films/storylines such as "the grudge" and "the ring".

X Japan

A pretty good rock band. Sound something like old school. Surprisingly these guys can sing in pretty good english. I favorite song by them is Drain (aka What's Up Mr. Jones?)

Japped: VERB - Past tense. To be completely and totally surprised by an event. An event that takes you off guard. An event that you would normally expect to know about in advance. Generally the event has some negative impact. Although it has been reported as such; race has no bearing. In fact you can be "japped" by anyone or anything.

Duck Hunter #1: (referring to the ducks that just flew over his head from behind) "Woah! Those Teal japped the hell out of us!"
Duck Hunter #2: "No shit! I didn't see or hear them until they were 40 yards out over the decoys!"

SpongeBob: "Squidward really japped us by inviting us on this cruise with him, huh Patrick?"
Patrick: "duhhhhhhh, what?"
