AKA: Single's Awareness Day
Brought to you by senseless people everywhere who want to rub in the fact that they are "in love" and you are alone. This is just one more way popular people stomp on those of us who prefer a few close friends to 100s of acquaintences.

Rather than being happy with the flowers she received for Valentine's Day, she must go to everyone in the office and show them her flowers and the card so that everyone knows how special she is.
Meanwhile she has not bothered to consider the fact that her behavior is rude to people who are alone, who do not have flowers on their desk advertising that they are available.

This is the wanker's day, celebrated on Feb 14, this is similar to Valentine's Day but for persons who have no sexual partner and thus resort to wanking themselves. This is a special day of remembrance for wankers of their own status.

Word used in Hawaii that refers to one's childhood. Derived from the Japanese word "hana", meaning 'nose', and the English word "butter", which in spoken in Hawaiian pidgin can sound like 'buddah.' So Hanabata Days are the "nose butter" days, or the days when we had runny noses. Can also spelled Hanabata Days.

Dude: I got my flowers and chocolate ready for my wife for St-Valentine's day yet I'm missing the gift for my mistress for Mistress Day that's coming right before. Oh and I'll also need tons of condoms.

Means Wednesday. Simple.
Also connected to the meaning of Kegnesday in some parts of South Africa.
Does NOT mean the day we get to hump. People are glad it's hump day simply because it's Wednesday ie: downhill to the weekend.....
