A humorous euphamism to refer to the unlikelyhood of highly portable chips. Road chips are a rare occurance due to the low portability factor of these crispy delicious snacks.I.e. "Sorry guys, I can't meet up, I just opened these chips."

Toss your chips

Very common slang terminology for the act of enticing a woman to expose her breasts. Often used in marine/boating applications. When proclaiming individual yells "toss your chips" to another vessel, they hear "show your tits" while all company on the initial vessel hears a very subtle request for a snack.

While on my buddies boat I heard him yell "toss your chips" to another boat and to our delight all of the heavy chested ladies promptly whipped out their fun bags.
