A term used in popular media (namely manga and anime) used to refer to a 'last boss' character type in a comedic sense. Typically it is used when they meet or have to meet a powerful figure, sometimes even defeat them.

Since you joined the ninja club I'll give you your first assignment: defeat the student council president.
