It is a word I invented. In high school, somehow I gained the nickname "Dizzy D" of which I altered to just "Dizzeh".

Dizzeh:
1) Someone who feels faint or dizzy.
2) Someone who is popular and easy going.

"Yo Dizzeh, sup"
"Man, that guy is so dizzeh"

A know it all kind of person. They will support their argument no matter what evidence is brought up. A total asshole at times but can be the funniest or the most lame.
