A phlegmy, pleurisy-like condition of the lungs resulting from overuse of a bucket, especially a dirty bucket.

Symptoms include hacking cough accompanied by sounds of drowning. Most acute symptoms occur during and immediately after exhalation of a bucket hit, but persist in varying degrees throughout the day.
