Derived from a computer programming term, "widget" refers to a virtual object with default settings. In the context of Internet dating, a widget is a man or woman known through his or her on-line profile. A widget remains a widget even when real names have been exchanged. After several in-person meetings, a widget can be referred to by his or her actual name.

A caucasin male immitating black culture and lifestyle, or vise versa, a black male immitating white culture and lifestyle. This word is mainly used to put down either race for not acting like "themselves".

Something racist white folks made up, to make fun of a society of people who adore, love, and embrace the hip-hop culture. Hip-Hop is a culture not a race and it is open to any color, creed, religion, or nationality.

White girl: "I would love to get cornrolls, but I don't want to get called a wigger."
Her Friend: "Girl, cornrolls would look beautiful on you, whoever calls you that, obviously they have inner self issues."

A Mac user (OSX 10.4+) who fills up the dashboard with widgets, of which many, or at least some, are unnecessary or ridiculous. Most common among new Mac users, particularly recently converted windoze users. Commonly, but not always, characterized by cuteness or bouncyness.

Girl One: What is the weather in Rome?
Girl Two: I'll check my dashboard.
Girl One: Who was the seventh president of Malawi?
Girl Two: I have a widget for that.
