Wow are trying really hard to justify that for some reason... I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for being allowed to murder anyone who could potentially be a threat. Like, stalkers. Perfectly fine with them being strangled to death.

Hym "No. You don't need to strangle someone to subdue them. Especially with 3 people on him. It only takes a few seconds to choke someone unconscious. Continuing to choke him AFTER he was SUBDUED AND UNCONSCIOUS is the reason he died. Why didn't he stop choking him? How is that not a clear case of negligent homicide? He should have known to stop doing what he was doing and if he didn't he shouldn't be intervening in the first place. Maybe he didn't care whether or not the guy died.
