The police department patrolling the streets of Hershey, PA like they own the place. They literally have absolutely nothing better to do than to bust parties, ticket you for jaywalking, and catch people doing drugs. They act like the town of Hershey is the city of Detroit. In a nutshell, they are absolutely indescribably fucking ridiculous.
