carrying on emotionally - usually with crying and hysteria. In my experience "bubble and greet" was used mainly in relation to us kids by our grandparents who came from The Borders, Scotland.

A bubble of air that becomes trapped between a woman’s lady lips that isn’t a queef or a ‘fart’. Just a dainty bubble of air that ‘pops’. Sometimes a wiggle dance or a tug on the panties will pop the bubble.
