Hipster douche

One who is not only a {hipster} but a douche as well. Likes to go to (Misshapes) parties, or whatever social area where there are hipster douches like him. Preferably tries to get to these parties before open bar ends, but if he misses the open bar it still ok because he can always drink the beers he snuck into the (club). Also has tendency to wear tight ass shirts with suspenders. Likes to also say "{qual}" alot. If someone asks a hipster (douche) a question, they usually begin their answer with "ughhh".

Person :"Hey Al where did you get those suspenders"

Hipster Douche: "Ugh, like why would you care, you could never pull it off anyway. Did open bar end?"

Hipster Punk

Used to describe people who seem punk and hipster at the same time. Characteristics of a Hipster Punk/Punk Hipster are:

-Independent

-Opinionated

-Listens to a wide range of music including Punk Rock, Indie, Folk, Alternative, Metal, etc.

-ETC ETC ETC

The coolest kind of person.

Person 1 "That hipster was at a Punk Rock concert last night"
Person 2 "that's because she's a Hipster Punk, See how she's wearing more leather than she was yesterday?"

hipster-hop

An emerging subculture built around DJ's who have a blog with wild party pictures, do mash-ups that usually involve dirty south and/or Diplomats-related rap, wear designer jeans with retro Nikes, and inhabit a grey area between being a hipster and having "street credibility."

The DJ was on your standard hipster-hop tip... he played some Yin Yang Twinz/Take Me Home Tonight mash-up.

I can't even wear Nike Dunks anymore because I see 20 hipster-hop kids a day wearing them.

hipster hat

The practice of wearing a beanie, usually too long, on the back half of the head. Because, you know, actually keeping your head warm is too mainstream. Can be spotted year-round, often at bad local coffee shops.

Anti-Hipster

Often mistaken as a hipster, but actually the complete opposite. Anti-hipsters can be difficult to describe because unlike an actual hipster, they do not have definite characteristics. An anti-hipster may have heard the term hipster before, but being unfarmiliar with labels, they wouldn't know what a hipster actually is or how to spot one. While hipsters are actually very unoriginal while claiming to be so very original, every anti-hipster is completely different from another. A hipster shops at Urban Outfitters, an anti-hipster gets their clothes from a number of places. They may make them, find them, steal them, or just buy them from any store they please, because they are not concerned with labels, which actually means they arent anti-hipsters. They probably arent anything. Usually spotted with a group of almost-hipsters or by themselves, the anti-hipster is a rare sighting.

"Hey steve, want to eat there?"
"No way, it's filled with hipsters."
"Except for that one guy."
"The Anti-Hipster."
"Yeah, he has no idea what's going on."
"Sucks to be him."

A hipster who is into Jesus and goes to church. Usually a Christian hipster is a year behind all usual hipster trends.

I met this Christian Hipster at Starbucks who JUST got into Vampire Weekend.
