The act of enjoying beverages within a coffee-house chain (Such as Starbuck) with a group of close friends. Often organized with the use of a group text message or with a Facebook wall message at short notice.

Coffee Rush

Coffee Rush is a popular series of coffee shops in Arizona that really strikes a cord with the locals, especially The Valley's hipster community. The coffee is very good, but one can be turned off by it's denizens, and their "ironic" mediocrity.

When having your first coffee date, you'll notice the nice staff, but as soon as you step outside and see the "regulars," you find out you may be either:

A). suffocated by cigarrette smoke
B). given an awkward stare since your mainstream vibe can be sensed from a mile away.
C). they recognize you are paying with your own money, instead of Daddy's trust fund.
D). your shoes are not terribly expensive and vintage styled.

"Hey dude! Wanna go to Coffee Rush?"

Nah, man, my parents aren't paying my rent anymore."
